Meet Our Staff

Noelle Tulley joined HCSC as the Executive Director in June 2024. She brings over 14 years of experience in accounting and human resources, with a strong focus in senior care and assisted living. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles including Finance Director, HR Director, and Executive Director, where she was responsible for driving operational improvements, managing budgets, and supporting staff and resident well-being.  Noelle is passionate about creating meaningful spaces for older adults and her deep commitment to serving older adults continues to shape her work in creating impactful programs and fostering a strong sense of community at the center.  She is also a Certified Senior Healthcare Insurance Program (SHIP) Counselor and a certified PEARLS (Program to Encourage Active Rewarding Lives) Counselor for McHenry County.

 

Angie Rubio joined the HCSC team in December 2024 as our Bilingual Program Coordinator.   She earned her Associates degree in human services and is pursuing a degree as a licensed therapist. Angie coordinates programming at the center, SHIP services (Senior Health Insurance Program), and is a certified PEARLS  (Program to Encourage Active Rewarding Lives) Counselor for both English and Spanish speaking seniors.  Angie also provides  administrative and logistical support for our partners at Cultivating Health Ministries. 

Stephanie Claussen has joined our staff after serving as a volunteer dance instructor for the Harvard Community Senior Center for a number of years.  As Program Coordinator, Stephanie assists with communications, activity planning and coordination.  She is a certified Matter of Balance instructor, a certified Chair Tai Chi instructor, and she also teaches a latin dance class and several other creative activities at the center.  Stephanie leads the Productive Aging program in Hebron, IL with our partners at Cultivating Health Ministries.
